Bought the M222 because I wanted an 'oversize' tactical folder that could be safely used wearing gloves or without. Excellent product for this purpose. Wasn't looking for an EDC, got plenty of implements for that. M222 is practically bulletproof and factory sharp right out of the box. Has plenty of room to choose your own edge profile without stuffing up the blade. Blade opens either with the spur on the back of the blade (forgive the lack of terminology) or a sharp flick of the wrist (easily adjusted & blade's weight helps with this). The coating on blade & frame is non-reflective and as tough as guts. To my mind Boker chose to put the belt-clip on the wrong end, but that's just me! M222 will be going into a tactical pouch anyway so it doesn't matter. Would recommend this knife to anyone with a medium to large hand, this is not a 'concealed carry' lol. For anyone stocking up for TEOTWAWKI this knife is for when the bullets and arrows are not personal enough. In short: an enjoyable purchase!

Beastly

There’s a lot of things to say about this knife, it is an absolute monster has a good amount of weight and comfortable design, opening it requires a little bit of a flick of the wrist to get the liner lock to fully engage which requires such little effort doesn’t bother me but others might not like it. The blade was a little dull but nothing 10 minutes on the stone couldn’t fix. Over all I like this knife a lot.

Very happy with my new knife. It's large, sharp and feels great in hand. Super smooth to flip open, I can't keep my hands off it. I highly recommend it.
