Returns Policy

At Extac Australia Our Returns Policy is Simple- If You're Not 100% happy, Neither Are We!

Gel Blasters:

If you return your faulty blaster our team will diagnose it and let you know what the next step is. If it is a factory default we will send you a new one if it is something we deem non-factory default we will send it back in the order you have given it to us in. If you do need to send back a faulty product please visit our contact us page and we will proceed to assist your problem and get your blaster working again.

All Other Products:

Extac Australia is happy to exchange or provide store credit for items that are in original, new and unused condition within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please ensure all original packaging and product tags are also returned in order for goods to be restocked and resold. If the return is a result of our error- we will provide a return to sender bag for you to mail the goods back to us. Please also note we do not offer refunds for change of mind- we are happy to exchange or provide store credit for incorrect items ordered. For all other returns, please mail orders/ items back using either Australia Post or Courier. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. our returns mailing address is-

Before returning items, please contact us so we can take note of your return. Please ensure you include the original invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the item/s return.

Please note- Special order items or used/ tested items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

 

Return Shipping:

We offer a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping on all orders. Please note that any return postage due to customer error or otherwise, will be paid by the customer. Australia post re-charges Extac Australia acutal weight for orders they have to return. Orders Extac Australia has to Re-Send will be charged actual weight for postage charge. Please be aware there is two lots of shipping the customer will pay for non-delivery. An $8.99 handling fee will also be applied for the re-sending and re-packaging of any order.

 

 


Warranty Claims:

All items sold through Extac Australia are covered by manufacturers warranties. We will be more than happy to assist in the exchange or repair of warranty claim goods. Refunds will not be granted if goods have been used/ abused. Please inspect received items within 2 weeks to ensure there are no defects-  even if you are not planning on using the item straight away so Extac Australia can promptly exchange the item as a replacement and not a warranty claim.

 

Please also note- we do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty, not an Extac Australia warranty.
