Returns Policy


At Extac Outdoors, our Returns Policy is simple – if you're not 100% happy, neither are we!
We are happy to exchange, provide store credit, or refund items that are in original, new, and unused condition within 30 days of purchase due to change of mind. Please ensure all original packaging, accessories, and tags are included so the product can be restocked and resold.
Before returning any items, please contact us with your order number and reason for return so we can take note and assist you.

We strongly recommend using tracked postage (Australia Post or Courier), as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Change of Mind Returns
- Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Special order items, used/tested products, and items marked as "clearance" or "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be returned once opened (e.g., personal-use gear, first aid kits).
Warranty Claims
All products sold by Extac Outdoors are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Claims will be assessed and handled in line with the manufacturer’s terms.
- Refunds will not be issued for items damaged by misuse or used outside their intended purpose.
- Please inspect all items upon delivery—even if you don’t plan to use them straight away—so we can resolve any issues promptly.
