EXTAC OUTDOOR'S Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship our products Australia wide using Australia Post eParcel. This service is fully insured and fully trackable. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for each order or $19.99 for oversized goods (over one meter), any amount, shipped anywhere within Australia. We do offer an Express Post option, however this service is charged on actual weight. Please phone us to place your Express Post order.

Provided the item/s are in stock- all orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
