I carry this knife every time I step out of the house, it's a simple robust, no-nonsense knife that provides a sharp edge in an instant and has no frills beyond the necessary. The action opens quickly and smoothly and the upswept blade is sharpened and honed with no fuss. This knife is the "gray man" of knives, it won't stand out, it doesn't look "scary" and has a hammered gunmetal finish. It goes straight into the hiking pack when I head onto the trails and does everything from the whittling to the cooking and is barely noticed clipped into the pocket. Great for breaking down small game and I find it hard to leave behind when either heading into the shed or out bush.
