Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post eParcel, and keep our shipping rates simple:

• Standard Shipping: $13 flat rate per order

• Express Post: $25 flat rate per order

• Oversized Items (over 1 metre): $30 flat rate per order by Direct Freight (please note: Express Post isn't available for oversized goods)

No matter how big your order is or where you are in Australia, these rates apply.

Free pickup is available from our Sydney warehouse! Just make sure you wait for a pickup confirmation email before heading over — we don’t want you to make the trip before your order’s ready. Got any questions about your pickup? Just get in touch with us.

If the item’s in stock, we’ll pack and send your order within 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on where you live.

Our warehouse packs and ships Monday to Friday. We’re closed on weekends and public holidays (NSW).
