Gerber Moment Large Drop Point Fixed Blade Knife GR7460

Built for hunters and outdoor users who value control, simplicity and a secure grip, the Gerber Moment Large Drop Point Fixed Blade Knife combines a practical hunting profile with durable full-tang construction. Its balanced design is equally at home handling field preparation, campsite cutting and general outdoor utility tasks.

The 8.8cm plain-edge drop point blade is made from 5Cr15MoV stainless steel, providing practical corrosion resistance and straightforward edge maintenance for regular outdoor use. The versatile drop point profile provides a strong tip while maintaining useful belly for controlled slicing, making it particularly well suited to hunting and field work.

Gerber builds the Moment around a full-tang construction, extending the blade steel through the handle for dependable strength. This robust foundation is paired with a nylon-core handle and textured rubber overmould. The result is a comfortable, secure grip designed to provide confidence across changing outdoor conditions.

Thoughtful control features include thumb traction jimping, a substantial choil and a well-positioned guard. Together with the ergonomic handle shape, these details help establish a stable hand position when performing both controlled and more demanding cuts.

The blade features a glass-bead finish that reduces reflectivity and helps minimise the appearance of fingerprints. A slim nylon sheath is included for protected storage and convenient field carry, with a snap closure helping keep the knife secure when carried on a belt or packed with other outdoor equipment.
