This knife is slim and compact with and excellent grip, as I work in a very busy pub kitchen, either preparing fresh produce, opening oil drums or opening A10 and A9 tins in a hurry- this knife holds up to the task in a cinch, and wiped clean, and produced minutes later to slice up some crusty bread for a quick bite: not much beats having one of these in your pocket in a fast paced environment like that. Having that Tanto tip, the serration and the extra length make this a truly universal pocket knife whether on the campsite or on one of the suppliers market gardens. This knife is part of my EDC when I am working, outdoors or around the paddock and is hard to beat.
